Call or email us
Tell us a little about your child and your insurance. We will call you back the same business day and answer whatever you want to ask.

We check your coverage
We confirm your benefits and tell you what, if anything, you need from your doctor. For TRICARE, that is a referral from your primary care manager and enrollment in the Autism Care Demonstration. We walk you through both.

Assessment
A behavior analyst meets you and your child at the clinic. Over a few visits we assess skills and behavior, then write a treatment plan and submit it for authorization.

Sessions begin
Once the plan is authorized we build a schedule that works for your family, and your child starts.
What to have ready
- Your child's diagnostic report (autism or related diagnosis from a physician or psychologist)
- Insurance card, front and back
- Referral from your primary care doctor, if your plan requires one
- Recent evaluations from school, speech, or OT, if you have them
Missing something? Start anyway. Most families do not have all of this on day one, and we help you track it down.
TRICARE families
ABA is covered under the TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration. Your child needs an autism diagnosis and a referral from your primary care manager, and your family enrolls in the program. LHDC is a TRICARE-certified ABA provider and helps you through each piece.
